Terms and conditions laid down here govern all interactions, transactions, and business conducted at Docketc. These terms serve to ensure that clients receive exceptional service while maintaining a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnership.
By engaging in business with Docketc, you agree to abide by the following terms.
- A.) Ownership of Content
- All content created or provided remains the intellectual property of Docketc until paid for in full by the client.
- B.) Payment Terms
- 50% of total estimated payment will be collected as advance to initiate work on a project.
- Docketc will not bear any losses owing to currency differential or bank charges applied to inward remittance. Payments should be adjusted accordingly.
- Advance payments made to Docketc are considered sureties against effort committed to priorly approved projects and are thus non-refundable.
- Up to 1 round of iteration will be accommodated to ensure quality, accuracy and aptness of content. Additional rounds of edits are chargeable.
- 100% payment must be made within 15 days of confirmation of services delivered.
- Business partners are required to honor agreed-upon payment schedules.
- Late payments indemnify Docketc against any service interruptions.
- C.) Client Responsibilities
- The Client will have to deliver a clear written brief and scope of work at the start of the project.
- Clients and their authorised representatives are responsible for providing necessary information and approvals within specified timeframes.
- The Client must secure proper licensing for any third-party materials used in their projects.
- D.) Content Delivery
- Docketc will maintain its commitment to deliver content within predetermined timelines in accordance with the written brief shared by the client.
- Up to 1 round of iteration/ edit will be accommodated to ensure quality, accuracy, and aptness of content.
- Additional rounds of iterations or edits will be billable.
- In case of delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery will be expedited within practicable rescheduled timelines after a discussion with the Client.
- E.) Confidentiality
- All stakeholders engaged in projects awarded to Docketc shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding project related details and communication.
- All correspondence exchanged will be recorded over email.
- Stakeholders and associates working with Docketc agree to protect any proprietary information pertaining to Docketc
- F.) Termination and Cancellation
- Right to review or consider taking up a project remains with authorized personnel at Docketc. It will be at their sole discretion to disclose or withhold reasons for the same.
- A contract between the client and Docketc can be terminated if either party is unable to fulfill contractual obligations due to events beyond their control.
- Docketc and its authorized personnel reserve the right to terminate a contract or project with a written notice served 7 days prior to enforcing the termination of contract.
- The client reserves the right to terminate a contract or project on specifying reasons for doing so with a written notice served at least 7 days prior to enforcing the termination of contract.
- Upon termination invoked by the client, the client agrees to compensate Docketc for time and resources allocated plus any non-cancellable costs incurred by the small business directly related to the project. The sum of payment shall be determined by estimate of time and effort indicated by Docketc.
- G.) Force Majeure
- Unforeseen circumstances that affect project timelines and responsibilities will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
- H.) Liability and Indemnification
- Clients agree to limit the content firm’s liability and indemnify the firm against any claims arising from content usage.
- Docketc shall not in any manner be responsible for outcomes caused by use or misuse of content delivered to the client.
- The content provider, Docketc, disclaims any warranties regarding the results clients may achieve from using its content.
- Docketc will not bear any costs or provide any monetary compensation to any client on termination of a contract or project with prior written notice served to the client.
- I.) Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, with legal recourse as a last resort.
- J.) Severability
- If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains in effect.
- K.) Agreement Clause – These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between all parties and Docketc, superseding prior agreements or understandings.
Docketc reserves the right to update T&C from time to time. Clients can request to receive updates in their inbox before commencement of projects.
